Store the macarons in their original box for up to 5 days in the refrigerator between 3-5°C. We recommend taking them out at least 20 minutes before serving for optimal texture and flavour.

Freezing is an integral part of the macaron production process. It allows the macarons to mature, improve in quality, and fully preserve their flavors. After delivery, the macarons must not be refrozen.
