Maison Amarella pastries are handmade with premium Swiss and 100% natural ingredients. We only use free range eggs and local dairy products to guarantee the highest quality.

PURE DATE: Two soft shells made with date sugar and filled with a white chocolate ganache combined with date molasses.
GINGER DATE: Filled with a delicate white chocolate ganached infused with ginger, with a candied ginger cube in the center.
PISTACHIO DATE: A white chocolate ganache combined with 100% pure pistachio paste and date molasses.
CHOCOLATE ORANGE DATE: Filled with a dark chocolate ganache mixed with pure orange fruit puree and a candied orange cube in the center.
ROSE DATE: This macaron is filled with a white chocolate ganache infused with 100% pure organic rose water and date molasses.
HAZELNUT DATE: An indulging macaron filled with a creamy white chocolate ganache mixed with the highest quality hazelnut paste from the Piedmont in Italy, and date molasses.
