The CHOBA CHOBA collection is a unique collaboration between Maison Amarella and CHOBA CHOBA, the Swiss bean-to-bar chocolatier whose cacao beans come directly from plantations in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. OSWALSO DARK 71% BIO this macaron is filled with an intense dark chocolate ganache with citrus, currant and black tea flavours.


ELMER DARK 64% BIO & RASPBERRY: this refreshing macaron with a delicious dark chocolate ganache characterised by fruity and spicy notes combined with raspberry purée.


PASIONA MILK  41% BIO & FLEUR DE SELa creamy macaron filled with a milk chocolate ganache with caramel, marzipan and floral honey notes enhanced with a little fleur de sel.

Store the macarons in their original box for up to 5 days in the refrigerator between 3-5°C. We recommend taking them out at least 20 minutes before serving for optimal texture and flavour.

Freezing is an integral part of the macaron production process. It allows the macarons to mature, improve in quality, and fully preserve their flavours. After delivery, the macarons must not be refrozen.
