Made in Saint-Aubin (Fribourg), these mini macarons are naturally gluten-free and prepared with carefully selected ingredients, free from artificial colouring and preservatives.

Each shell is delicately crisp on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth inside, revealing a smooth, creamy filling with perfectly balanced flavours. From intense raspberry to zesty lemon, through Madagascar vanilla and Läckerli, the ICONIC collection brings together the great French pastry classics reimagined with Swiss precision and quality — now in a refined miniature size, ideal for sharing.

Store the macarons in their original box for up to 5 days in the refrigerator between 3-5°C. We recommend taking them out at least 20 minutes before serving for optimal texture and flavour.

Freezing is an integral part of the macaron production process. It allows the macarons to mature, improve in quality, and fully preserve their flavours. After delivery, the macarons must not be refrozen.
