The prince of Valais orchard, the iconic Valais apricot, reimagined as a macaron. Filled with sweet and slightly tangy apricot confit capturing the fruit's beautiful colour and velvety character. 

Sugar, ALMONDS, EGG whites, sugar free Valais apricot puree, dextrose, glucose syrup, BUTTER, tatric acid (E334), pectin (thickener: E440, acidifier: E337, acidity regulator: E452), natural orange coloring (maltodextrin, paprika oil extract E160c, glycerol E422, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E472c, ascorbic acid E300, alpha-tocopherol E307).
