Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 10 g baking powder
- 40 g sugar
Method :
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, lightly beat the two eggs, then add the oil and milk and mix.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Small bubbles will form on the surface of the batter.
